Meet Liz Bowen
A REALTOR since 2004 specializing in residential real estate in Colorado Springs and all of El Paso County, my guiding principle has always been, "What's important to you is important to me." Understanding my client's needs and wants through a consultative approach, and then working diligently to help them accomplish their goals is my primary focus.
I am proud to be a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), which has me armed and dangerous when it comes to getting what my clients want while always striving for a win-win outcome. I'm also a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Divorce Specialist, have earned my Performance Management Network (PMN) designation through the Women's Council of REALTORS, and have not only earned the At Home With Diversity certification, I teach it.
I am Past President of the Colorado Network of Women's Council of REALTORS and Pikes Peak Network, a Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS REALTOR Services Corp (RSC) Director and most recently a CAR Director.
I’m also an educator at heart. I’ve spent my real estate career teaching those who want to become real estate professionals as a pre-licensing instructor as well as providing continuing education courses through my local REALTOR Association and in partnership with local title companies. I have created numerous new agent training programs as well as served as a Productivity Coach before opening up my own brokerage firm, where I offer my CleverAgent New Agent Training and Coaching program to my agents, and now to the public.
